Dutch Braid into Fishbone Braid
Here in Texas the kiddos start school at 7:45 a.m! Not sure about you guys but that is really early for us and it usually means I have 10 minutes or less to do the girls hair. This is a really quick and simple hair style that I like to do when I don't have a lot of time. If you have less time you can always leave off the fishbone and just leave as two braids.
Here we go! All you need for this are a comb, and a rubber band. Yes it is that simple!
Comb out the hair, part it (doesn't matter if its on the side or in the middle). Then pull a section out on one side.
Then braid it and put a rubber band in it to hold it. Now do the exact same thing on the other side.
Now pull the two braids together. Now at this point you can put a rubber band in it and leave it or you can fishbone the two braids together.
There you have it! Quick, cute and simple!

Braided Sock Bun with a Twist
My girls love to have sock buns in their hair. They especially love it when I add braids to it! The girls love to dress up in their princess dresses and have their hair this way. The nice thing about any sock bun is it stays in no matter how much your littles jump, run, somersault, and dance!
Here is how you get this cute braided sock bun with a twist around it!
First what you will need are two hair bands, bobby pins, spray bottle, a sock with the toe cut off and rolled, and brush.
Put the hair in a pony tail. It can be high on the head, or you can put it lower. I like putting it up high, it looks a little bit more like a crown when it is up high.
Once you have it in a tight pony tail, grab sections of the ponytail and braid it. You can put in rubber bands to hold the braids but you don't have to, the braids will stay in for the bun.
Now grab the sock and put the hair through it.
Now your going to wrap the hair all around the sock. Make sure the braids are on top and pull them up a little so that they pop out. Now wrap a ponytail around the hair and the sock.
You will have the rest of the hair sticking out around the bun. With this hair grab two pieces and and start twisting around the bun grabbing hair and pulling it into the twist as you go. Put bobby pins all around the twist to keep it wrapped around.
There you go! Now your girl will have hair like a princess!

Three Ponies Flipped Under
This hairstyle is cute, simple and easy to do. The best part is, your little one won't have to sit still for long, and it will stay in no matter how much running and jumping she does!
First comb out hair.
Pull top section into a ponytail.
The pull the middle and bottom sections into ponytails.
Flip the top pony under.
Now on the second and third ponytails you will flip each under and pull the hair from the ponytail before down through. You've got quick and cute hair!

Two Hearts in Fish Bone Braided Side Bun
First comb out hair and divide the top hair into two sections and put in bands.
Do a pull through on each ponytail.
Next, twist each side of ponytail and bring around into heart shape, put in band.
Do the same with the other side.
Pull all the hair into a side ponytail.
Fishbone the hair by pulling the ponytail into two sections. Grab a small section of hair from one side and pull it to the other side. Then from the other side (not the side you just pulled from) bring a small section of hair to the opposite side. Continue doing this all the way down.
Finally, wrap the fish bone into a bun. Pin with bobby pins so it will stay in place!
